Disc golf is played just like normal golf except the player uses a flying disc instead of a club and ball, but it’s way more fun. Disc golf is played on a variety of terrains including woods, grassy fields, sand traps, water hazards, etc. The object of frisbee golf is to complete each hole with the fewest number of throws or completions possible. The course for your game can be as easy or as hard as you want it to be. If you’re playing with a group of people it can turn into an epic game of frisbee golf tag, where the goal is to get everyone else out before you get put out.
19. Yoga
Yoga is a great hobby to take up because it will help you feel better, stronger and gives you time to relax. Yoga is an exercise, but it’s so much more than just a workout. Yoga requires you to stretch different parts of your body while also having slow breathing exercises. These two things combined allow your body to clear your mind while releasing stress and tension from the day.
